Client and SME Support Services agree on dates and times for SME Support Services to immerse into the organisation (Discovery Process).

Time is dependent upon the availability of team members for interviews to be conducted.

Post Discovery, SME Support Services provides a detailed report to the Owner(s) / Leadership Team / Board with solutions and timing.
